SHIPPING POLICY
I post out the following day from order placement, delivery is normally 3-5 days depending on customer location. For most UK orders I use Royal Mail depending on your location. For larger orders I use a local tracked courier service for wholesale deliveries
I avoid plastic so be rest assured your package will be plastic free and in fully recyclable paper!
Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are dissatisfied please get in touch by email averil@wildaboutsoaps.com so we can discuss as soon as possible. Due to the nature of cosmetics I cannot except return of used product unfortunately. If unused and in original packaging please return to 183 Ballynoe Road, Downpatrick, Co Down BT30 8AT within 14 days from delivery date.
